What services do you offer?
We provide a variety of services to meet your needs, including custom Embroidery Designs and Screen Printing for t-shirts and other apparel. Our Heat Transfer Vinyl service uses a heat press to add your design to shirts, and other items. We also offer Rhinestone Bling to make your logo or design more eye-catching. How long do orders take?
Our standard order processing time is 7-10 business days. We will notify you once your order is ready for shipment or pick up.

What is your return policy?
Please note that personalized items cannot be returned due to their custom nature. However, if you receive an item with a manufacturer’s defect, we will gladly replace it. Please report any defects to us within 14 days of receiving your order. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We take pride in our work and are committed to providing high-quality products. Please remember that colors may vary slightly from what you see online due to differences in monitor settings or print reproduction color variances.
Can you design shirts or other items using my company logo?
Certainly! Our digitizing service can convert almost any logo file into a stitchable or printable format. Whether you need a small logo on a cap or shirt, or a large one on the back of a jacket, our digitizing service can make your logo look flawless on any garment.
Do you offer Monogram Services?
We would be delighted to create a customized monogram for you - tailored to meet your unique style. We can apply the monogram to a wide array of items, including clothing, bags, décor, blankets, scarves, and hats. Monograms are available in Embroidery, Rhinestones, and Heat Transfer Vinyl - in many styles, colors, and sizes.

We offer a wide range of design options for both boys and girls. Whether your gift is a custom T-shirt, cap, sweater, or other accessory, we can customize it according to your preferred birthday theme. We would love to make your child's special day even more memorable with a personalized birthday gift. Designs for other special occasions are also available, including Baby's 1st Birthday, Sweet 16, My 18th Birthday, family reunions, and wedding keepsake items. Tell us about your preferred theme, and we'll create a unique design for your gift-giving needs.
Should I bring items for personalization or do you provide them?
You may bring us your garment, material, or article you want customized, such as a shirt, hat, towel set, pillows, or other item. Or, for your convenience, we have provided catalogs for you to browse through for ideas (see links below). Once you have selected the items that meet your needs, contact us, and we will provide you with pricing details and a production timeline.
